Welcome to the Blood Donor Processing Division, Lovell Federal Health Care Center, Great Lakes website. As part of the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP), the official United States military blood program, your donation serves as a vital link to military service members and their families worldwide.

On October 1, 2010, Naval Health Clinic Great Lakes combined resources with the North Chicago Veterans Affairs Medical Center (NCVAMC) and began operations as Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center. The former NCVAMC now operates with new facilities as the Federal Health Care Center West campus at the corners of Green Bay and Buckley Roads in North Chicago, Ill. The Federal Health Care Center East campus (building 200-H) has a tentative closing date scheduled for 2011.
