Welcome to the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Blood Donor Center website. As part of the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP),the official United States military blood program, your donation serves as a vital link to military service members and their families worldwide.

The Walter Reed Blood Donor Center will close August 2011 to realign with the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda Blood Bank, and will reopen as the new Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Blood Donor Center. This is part of the Base Realignment and Closure process. The new facility will support blood collections on-base, at the Pentagon and Fort Belvoir.
